Expert Installation


At a pre-arranged time that’s convenient to you, we’ll deliver your new plasma, complete with high quality speakers, to the door, fully insured. We then mount the plasma in your choice with a complimentary table-top stand or wall bracket.

Next, we take the time to tune in the TV stations, adjust all settings to your preferences and show you all the great features Pioneer Plasmas offer. In fact, we can even customise the installation with surround sound cabling or home theatre integration (at an additional charge).

In the unlikely event of a service issue with the plasma, we’ll install a loan model while we take the plasma away for assessment and repair if necessary. Conditions for installation: Free delivery is available in the following areas.

  • NSW: Anywhere within 50km radius of Sydney (includes Penrith, Narellan), plus Newcastle, Coffs Harbour and Wollongong.
  • QLD: Anywhere within 50km radius of Brisbane, plus Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.
  • VIC: Anywhere within 50km radius of Melbourne, plus Geelong and Ballarat.
  • SA: Anywhere within 50km radius of Adelaide.
  • WA: Anywhere within 50km radius of Perth & Bunbury, plus Busselton, Dunsborough and Yallingup.
  • TAS: Anywhere within 50km radius of Hobart.
  • ACT: Anywhere within 50km radius of Canberra.

Pioneer is able to offer installations anywhere in Australia, but a round trip delivery travel charge of $100/ hr inc. GST is added for areas not listed above. Please call 1800 988 268 if you have any queries.

New line cable concealment charged at an extra $100 inc. GST.
Extra power point for plasma display charged at additional $150 inc. GST.
Installation of Home Theatre/AV products charged at additional $150 per hour inc. GST.

A Pioneer installer will be in contact within 1 working day to book installation/demonstration. Installation will take place within 5 working days once notification of the sale has been received from the retailer (subject to stock availability).

Demonstration will be for approximately 30 minutes.

The Complete Plasma Experience is only available on domestic plasma display models - PDP-508XDA, PDP-428XDA, PDP-LX608A, PDP-LX508A, PDP-427XDA and PDP-507XDA.
