In-home support
Pioneer has a range of in-home support services to cater for your home entertainment needs. We can repair Pioneer Electronics products at your premises or supply a loan plasma unit whilst your plasma is in repair (applicable to Plasma products under Warranty only).
For those repairs that fall out of the warranty period, charges are as follows:
In home service - $90.00 call out fee which includes 15 minutes service. Anytime thereafter will be charged at $60 per hour (pro rata).
