The $200 cash back can be redeemed by sending the redemption form with a copy of your receipt and a cut out of the barcode and serial number (off the Future Dex box) to Pioneer Electronics, PO Box 295, Mordialloc, Victoria 3195.
All redemption forms must include a copy of your proof of purchase, serial number and product barcode. Redemption forms must be received by Pioneer no later than last mail April 16 2010. There is only one redemption per customer and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. You will receive a $200 cheque via mail.
