The best iPhone experience on four wheels; Apple CarPlay is a smart and saferway to control your iPhone® in the car. Using voice control or a single button touch, Apple CarPlay enables you to make calls, navigate with Apple Maps, listen to music, plus send and receive SMS messages.
ANDROID AUTO™
Enjoy seamless connectivity and control of your Android smartphone in the car. Make phone calls, navigate with Google Maps, listen to music and send/receive SMS messages, all via a large touch-screen on your dashboard.

BLUETOOTH HANDS-FREE CALLING & MUSIC STREAMING
Stay safe and obey local hands-free laws with built-in Bluetooth (HFP). Easily pair a Bluetooth enabled phone to the AVIC-F80DAB without having to go through complicated settings. When a registered Bluetooth device is in close proximity to the receiver, the auto connection function automatically pairs the two units.
From hands-free calling, wireless audio streaming (A2DP) with artist, album, and song search, simple pairing, and control audio (AVRCP), Bluetooth® wireless technology has made life in the vehicle much more convenient.
SIRI® EYES FREE
To minimise distractions even more while driving iPhone users can use voice commands to ask Siri questions to access many iPhone functions such as music selection; making phone calls; and listening to text message, calendar information, and reminders. Users with an iPhone® 4s or newer can take advantage of Siri® Eyes Free functionality with a touch of a button. When activated, Siri voice prompts play through the vehicle’s speakers and the user’s commands and questions are received and transmitted to the receiver using the external microphone.
USB DIRECT CONTROL FOR iPOD®/iPHONE
The AVH-X8850BT is ready to roll with direct connectivity to your iPod or iPhone for music playback via an authentic Apple USB to lightning cable. Song, artist, time and album information are beautifully displayed on the 7″ touch-screen. Powerful tools such as Link Search and Alphabet Search help you find content faster. The system’s wired USB connection provides direct digital signal transfer from the device for clean, clear sound, while keeping your iPod or iPhone charged.

ANDROID MUSIC SUPPORT
Android devices running operating system 4.0 or later can be connected so music stored on their phone can be played on the AVH-X8850BT, without the need for an app. The process is made possible using Media Transfer Protocol (MTP). MTP allows the receiver to recognize the Android smartphone as a music storage device. Users can now access music via USB stored on an Android device and operate basic operations like FF, REW, Play, Pause, Random Play, and Repeat. Metadata information such as track, artist, and album name can be displayed.

Dual Camera Inputs
Safety first! The AVH-X8850BT features dual camera inputs; allowing you to connect two optional reverse cameras or just the one reverse camera, plus another camera at the front of your vehicle. Rear cameras are very helpful when parking your vehicle or towing.

WARRANTY
When you buy a Pioneer product, you’re not only purchasing the very you are buying peace of mind. All products listed come with a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty; except brand new Pioneer AVIC products, which come with a 3 Year Warranty. Any warranty repair work should be performed by a Pioneer Authorised Service Centre warranty.
We do not offer an extended manufacturer warranty.
If a product has been delivered to you and you have opened the original product packaging then you have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Returns for refunds will only be accepted within 14 days of receipt of goods. Returned goods must be in their original condition. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. A restocking fee may apply.
Where the product is not returned within 14 days, Pioneer reserves the right not to accept return of the product, except where the product is under manufacturer’s warranty and you can provide evidence that the product is faulty.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
All products sold on the Pioneer Australia website are brand new. All products include a manufacturer’s warranty.
